The 30-Day Self-Kindness Challenge



If you have been wondering, what are some practical things you can do to create a habit of self-kindness, I am here for you with this 30-Day Self Kindness Challenge.

Henry David Thoreau once wrote, “It is not enough to be busy. So are the ants. The question is, what are we busy about?”


Some of the challenges I set for you over the next month are guaranteed to trigger thoughts like, “I’m too busy. This is silly. This makes me uncomfortable.” I encourage you to set those thoughts aside and ask yourself, what are you so busy with?


The answers might be—diminishing your own needs. Prioritizing comfort over personal growth. Being more kind to others than you are to yourself.


None of these tasks over the next 30 days will require much effort in a physical sense. But emotionally, they will create shifts in your self-perception and your harmony with the world.
