In a recent survey 44% of people believe self-kindness is an essential aspect of mental health. However, only 13% of women say they regularly practice self-kindness compared to 5% for men.

 

A big part Self-Kindness is being aware of the daily thoughts that you have about your abilities, capabilities and the gift you are to the world.  Tajuana shares her authentic journey that lead her to be kinder to herself in the workplace and at home with the tools she still uses today!  When we are kind to ourselves we are kinder to others!
